Now, before you accuse me of kicking the airline when it’s down, please realise that I truly appreciate the difficulty that this epidemic is causing British Airways. As planes sit idle, passengers demand refunds, and travel limitations mean little new income, the airline is losing money. However, how businesses act during this period may influence where we spend our travel dollars once it is finished. Companies who give the finest service and assistance during our time of need may be the ones to bounce back the fastest.
